The Holidays are looming closer and closer and we all get sucked into what we like to do the most: Eat! And eat good food we shall!
To manage our holiday weight gains here’s some advice from the Nerd Fitness Corner for you:
- Fill up your plate with meat and veggies first – that way you’ll be more full and be less inclined to fill up on pie and desserts.
- As for portion, try to stick to palm sized or fist sized portions; that’s all you need to eat.
- Don’t forget to exercise! A lot of us will be visiting family but doesn’t me we can drop in as a guest at local gym or go out for a run!
