Ventura, CA — Celebrity guests, fundraisers, and unique events will be a key attraction of the Central Coast Comic Con (C4) as it kicks off its first ever convention in beautiful Ventura, Ca.
Today, the first guests have been announced. It’s a mix of celebrities who are all familiar faces to pop culture and comic book fans alike.
This year weapons specialist and trainer to the stars Tim Weske takes center stage, offering a unique event for guests of C4. Mr. Weske and his acclaimed instructors from Swordplay Fencing Studio will be offering their Jedi light saber class onsite. They will be providing the participants with a unique way for “Younglings” to learn the art of fencing while enjoying themselves in the art and science of being a Jedi. But the biggest part of Swordplay LA is a fantasy “live the wars”, a once in a life time experience where the sword master will teach a group of fans how to use light sabers as a Jedi or a Sith. Students will then, for the first time ever at any convention, perform in front of the convention goers in full costume and theatrics on stage.
