It’s Bike Month in Tempe, Arizona in April and what better way to celebrate your love of the bicycle with the best bike film ever made as Cult Classics and Zia Records present PEE WEE’S BIG ADVENTURE on Saturday April 13th! Tell ’em Large Marge sent ya!
The love of Pee-wee Herman’s life is his souped up tricked out bicycle. When it is mysteriously stolen, he is sent off on a wild cross country adventure after a fortune teller tells him his bicycle is in the basement of the Alamo. Along the way, Pee-wee encounters an escaped convict, a waitress with wanderlust and a jealous boyfriend, and a mysterious female truck driver all en route to biggest adventure that Pee Wee will ever embark on! This is director Tim Burton’s directorial debut and one of the signature cult classic films of the 1980’s! See it with us on the big screen!
