The show will be emceed by Dr. Diabolic and Female Illusionist, Becky B, who will be the audience’s hosts-with-the-most through an evening of performances by local artists, which include:

The Crimson Ghost: The second episode of this 1940s film serial.  A criminal mastermind known as The Crimson Ghost (the skull logo used by The Misfits) is out to steal the Cyclotrode, a device which can short-circuit all electrical current on the planet.

Thrill The World – Phoenix Valley:  Thrill the World is an annual worldwide synchronized dance of Michael Jackson’s famous song, for the purpose of breaking a world record and fundraising for charity.  The dancers typically teach Michael Jackson’s “Thriller” choreography and bring smiles to people’s faces, but on this night will perform their signature routine while simultaneously frightening and delighting the crowd.

Brain Eating Contest:  Chilled brains: what better way to cool off from this summer heat?  Contestants will be hand-picked to compete against each other in a mad-dash to devour these Jell-o cerebrum snacks.  It’s a competitive eating contest like no other!

Provocatease:  A neo-burlesque variety show featuring dance with a Vaudevillian flare.  Founded in 2008, the multi-talented cast has graced many stages.  They will perform their live Vaudevillian cabaret act with saucy burlesque starlets and dancing dames, in an abridged version especially created for the Variety Show.
