“The Raid” is quite possible the best action flick I’ve seen in awhile. It’s like “DREDD,” but with martial arts. Don’t believe me? check out the trailer for yourself:

Anyways, as I type, Gareth Evans is currently hard at work on the sequel, “The Raid 2: Berandal.” He took to twitter to post a photo, which he stated, “This is Prakoso… #TheRaid2Berandal.” Check out the photo below:
“Picking up right where the first film ends, ‘The Raid 2′ follows Rama (Uwais) as he goes undercover and infiltrates the ranks of a ruthless Jakarta crime syndicate in order to protect his family and uncover the corruption in his own police force.”
No official release date has been announced, but you can bet when it does, I’ll be here to let you know.
