That’s right, consumers have yelled and kicked and screamed for a week and it seems it’s gotten them their wish. The short of it is Xbox One games will work just like they do currently on 360. The only major change is the system itself will still need a one time online activation which is no different from pretty much any other consumer electronic hardware on the market today that would be comparable like an iPad. The drawbacks seem to be that the ‘family share’ and digital lending have been killed off (at least for now) though not specifically stated as such.
