E3 2013: New Trailer For ‘Batman: Arkham Origins’

During the Sony presentation at E3, Warner Bros. Montreal debuted a new trailer for their upcoming game, “Batman: Arkham Origins.” The trailer featured more action-packed footage and reveled more of the storyline. Check it out below:

Batman: Arkham Origins features an expanded Gotham City and introduces an original prequel storyline occurring several years before the events of Batman: Arkham Asylum and Batman: Arkham City. Taking place before the rise of Gotham City’s most dangerous villains and assassins, the game showcases a young, raw, unrefined Batman as he faces a defining moment in his early career as a crime fighter that sets his path to becoming the Dark Knight. As the story unfolds, witness identities being formed and key relationships being forged.

A couple of interesting bits: Roger Craig Smith will voice Batman and Troy Baker will voice Joker. Unfortunately, Kevin Conroy will not return as the Dark Knight and Mark Hamill will not return as the Clown Prince of Crime.

Batman: Arkham Origins” will be available for the Wii U, PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, and PC on October 25, 2013.
