Drop the Mjölnir and check out the first trailer from Walt Disney Pictures and Marvel Studio’s “Thor: The Dark World.” This begins Marvel’s phase two of sequels they have lined up, and who better to handle directing duties than Alan Taylor. Working mainly on television shows, Alan Taylor has worked on great shows such as “Game of Thrones,” “The Sopranos,” “Mad Men,” and many more. Enough rambling, here is the trailer for “Thor: The Dark World.”

Marvels “Thor: The Dark World” continues the big-screen adventures of Thor, the Mighty Avenger, as he battles to save Earth and all the Nine Realms from a shadowy enemy that predates the universe itself. The film releases November 8, 2013, in the U.S. and is distributed by Walt Disney Studios.
