Today, Universal Pictures announced (courtesy THR’s Borys Kit) “Jurassic Park 4’s” title has been official retitled as “Jurassic World,” and they also announced that it’ll be shot in 3D and gave it a June 12th, 2015, release date!
“Jurassic World” is going to be directed by “Safety Not Guaranteed” director, Colin Trevorrow, and Steven Spielberg, who directed the original film and its sequel, is producing. Also, Derek Connolly, who co-wrote “Safety Not Guaranteed” with Colin Trevorrow, will also be co-writing “Jurassic World” with Colin Trevorrow.
