Phoenix Film Festival 2014 “Teddy Bears”

f2

How do you deal with the death of a loved one? Having an orgy with your best friend’s girlfriends is probably not what would pop into most of your heads, but that is what pops into the main character’s head in Teddy Bears.

The odd thing about Teddy Bears is that at the very beginning it plays itself off as sort of a dry comedy and there are laughs throughout, but the overall tone of this story is very serious. I liked most of it, but the problem I have are the characters motivations. If they had come to the cabin in the desert under different pretenses then I may have connected with the characters more.

If you can look past the whole going camping to have an orgy to make yourself feel better then you this flick is pretty enjoyable.
