Roger Ashton-Griffiths has been cast in the role of Mace Tyrell in the upcoming season of Game of Thrones. Mace Tyrell is the son of Lady Olenna, and the father of Loras and Margaery. Also joining the already large cast is Pedro Pascal as the Red Viper himself Oberyn Martell, Indira Varma as Ellaria Sand, Joseph Gatt as a to be named character (it is being rumored that he is playing Styr) and the roll of Tommen Baratheon has been recast for season 4 with Dean Charles-Chapman taking over for Callum Wharry.
Game of Thrones Season 4 which has begun filming in Iceland, Northern Ireland and Croatia, will air sometime in the Spring of 2014. If you just have to get your GoT fix, check out this box set for Season 3!!

Growing up my mom always said that tv would rot my brain, and she was mostly correct. Growing up with shows like Knight Rider and the A-Team has left me with a longing for more campiness, which could be attributed to said rot.
