Saboten Con is introducing another special musical guest, the talented Rika Muranaka! Rika has been in the business for 20 years, working with Konami and other professional musicians. She has written music for Silent Hill, Metal Gear Solid, and its sequels: Sons of Liberty, Snake Eater, and Guns for Patriots. Her work has spanned multiple genres even having her collaborating with renowned film composer, Harry Gregson-Williams. She also has done music for the film, “Broken English” and for composer Hans Zimmer’s music library. Having sold over 44 million copies of video games and CD’s worth of music, Rika is a show you won’t want to miss!
Being a big Metal Gear Solid fan, I have always been such a fan of the amazing soundtrack that has been created for the games! I can’t imagine how wonderful it will be live! Rika will be holding two separate concerts at the convention, that way you don’t miss it! The first one will be Friday September 4th from 8:30 pm to 9:30 pm. The second performance will be Sunday September 6th from 2:30 pm to 3:30 pm.
