On October 24th, Ubisoft announced a release date for the upcoming Assassin’s Creed Liberation HD stand-alone game. PC gamers, prepare to delve into the world of our first female assassin’s life on Jan. 15; Playstation 3 will also be receiving this title on Jan. 14. For the rest of us patiently waiting for our half-French, half-American assassin beauty to grace our Xbox 360 consoles with her badassery, there is no exact date other than “early 2014.”

Originally released as a PS Vita exclusive, this remastered title will also be available digitally for a price of $19.99. However, players who purchase the Season Pass for Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag will also receive a $5 off coupon for Liberation HD, according to Ubisoft’s press release.

In Assassin’s Creed Liberation HD, you play as Aveline – the series’ first female assassin – who is on her own journey in 18th century New Orleans, where she explores Mayan Ruins and takes down her enemies, even in gorgeous, fancy dresses.
