A couple of week’s ago, Marvel held a teaser campaign titled “Marvel First” with an image displaying a huge #1. Well today, at SXSW, Marvel hit the stage and announced they will be giving away 700 free number one issues via Comixology until the 12th of this month. That’s right, 700 FREE comic books!
If you have been on the fence on any of the books such as Avengers vs. X-Men, Superior Spider-Man, Daredevil, Hulk, etc. now is your chance to give them a shot. However, as of right know, Comixology has been having huge issues with their app and/or website and many people (including myself) have not been able to download anything at all. Rumor is there are plans to extend the expiration date, but nothing set in stone yet…
